Just something to think about when you have your nerf games and decide to uber mod your blasters. Remember, it’s Nerf. Competition is fine, but there are other ways to do it without needing an uber blaster.

Well, if you think about it the timing makes sense. As far as holiday toy buying, it's a whole thought process of making topical information available to parents, as sensational as they made it sound.
Also, there's some background info I'm not about to put out here or anywhere else which predicated this news piece. Long story short, a parent called in a tip drawing attention to our little endeavors and resulted in the news crew doing some research and showing up at the event.
